I'm looking for an SC cleared senior software engineerwith strong Java and Spring experience to join a major public sector programme. The role includes hands on development leadership, working with delivery teams, architects and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development and technical leadership across the engineering team
• Work collaboratively with delivery, architecture, and stakeholder groups to design and deliver quality solutions
• Drive best practices in engineering, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Support Agile delivery methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills

• Strong public sector experience as a Senior Java Engineer
• Excellent hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
• Proven ability to lead and guide engineering teams and technical solutions
• Agile delivery experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
