Eton Bridge are supporting a large, international technology and services organisation in the search for a Director of Corporate FP&A (Corporate Planning) to join the business in a newly defined, high-impact leadership role.

This position sits at the centre of the finance function and has been created to bring ownership, structure, and strategic clarity to the enterprise-wide planning agenda. The business operates at significant scale across multiple geographies and business units, with increasing demand for high-quality, forward-looking financial planning to support executive decision-making.

The Role

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Director of Corporate FP&A will act as the single-point owner of the group-wide planning process, with responsibility for designing and delivering a best-in-class corporate planning framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end corporate planning lifecycle, including annual planning, reforecasting, and long-range strategic modelling
  • Designing and maintaining the enterprise-wide financial planning model, ensuring consistency, scalability, and integrity across business units
  • Partnering closely with the CFO, VP FP&A, and senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable financial plans
  • Leading strategic scenario planning, enabling clear evaluation of trade-offs and investment decisions
  • Establishing robust planning governance, including assumptions, timelines, and change control
  • Driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, acting as a senior facilitator during the planning process
  • Continuously improving planning processes to enhance speed, clarity, and decision usefulness

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in FP&A, including ownership of enterprise-wide planning processes within complex, multi-entity organisations
  • A strong track record of partnering with CFOs and senior stakeholders on strategy, planning, and investment decisions
  • Deep expertise in financial modelling, planning frameworks, and consolidation
  • The ability to operate with credibility and influence at executive level
  • A structured, disciplined approach to governance, combined with strong commercial and strategic thinking
