Head of Finance

We are a fast‑growing consumer business looking to hire a Head of Finance who will report to the CFO and play a key role in leading the finance function across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance operations in partnership with the CFO.
• Oversee financial reporting, process improvements and financial controls.
• Drive the growth agenda by providing insight into financial performance and key metrics.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis (FPA).
• Partner with non‑finance teams to develop data, analytics and business insights.
• Lead business case development, investment appraisal and strategic project work.
• Manage and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with senior colleagues.
• Positive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and performance.
• Desire for autonomy and breadth of role.

This role offers a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package. Hybrid working is available with offices in Central London (Zone 1).
