I am partnering with a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary consultancy that is seeking a Director of Transport Planning to establish and lead its London Transport Planning capability. This is a senior leadership appointment driven by sustained growth within the Development Planning division and represents a key strategic hire for the business.

Reporting into the national Transport Planning leadership, you will take on a highly influential role—setting up and growing a new London-based Transport Planning team, leading major development projects, developing talent, and driving business growth across the capital. You will also work closely with established Transport Planning teams in other UK offices, sharing expertise, resources and best practice.

The Role

You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of development-led transport planning projects across London and the South East, including residential, commercial, education, retail, leisure and renewable energy schemes. In parallel, you’ll play a central role in building the London team from the ground up, shaping regional strategy and strengthening relationships with key clients, local authorities and internal stakeholders.
