Moonshine Film is a London‑based production and equipment company offering camera rental, production services and project development.

We are looking for an experienced producer to run the company day‑to‑day and lead the business operationally.

• The core skill set for this role is producer experience.
• You should already know how to run shoots, manage clients, budget, schedule, and oversee projects end to end.
• Understanding of camera kit and rental workflows is essential.

Role includes

• Running day‑to‑day operations.
• Overseeing client relationships and delivery.
• Leading the team and performance.
• Bringing structure and company systems.
• Driving revenue and business growth.

You will work directly with the founder, who sets direction and key relationships, while you take ownership of execution and day‑to‑day operations.

Compensation

• £40 000 base.
• Percentage share of gross revenue.
• Project‑based bonuses.
• Start‑up stage business (~£450 k revenue, modest margins) with a clear path to £100 k+ total compensation as the company scales.
