Overview
Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Director to lead and shape programmes within our One Medical business. The role requires extensive team leadership experience, therapy area and scientific expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver high‑quality medical assets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Direct internal programmes related to therapy area and scientific expertise across the global One Medical team.
- Define strategy on new and complex business proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams across Real Chemistry.
- Lead, shape, and direct medical teams to deliver a range of assets while fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity.
- Ensure that processes and team structures produce the highest quality deliverables.
- Co‑create a culture of mentorship across the agency and collaborate with agency leaders to direct mentoring programmes.
- Promote best practices for project management and content delivery to meet KPIs, timelines, and budget.
- Plan resource allocation across the Medical function, fostering inter‑agency cooperation and sharing of resources.
- Define and refine processes for financial management of accounts.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in medical education managing large teams of medical writers and/or strategists.

- High level of academic achievement.
- Personable, articulate, and capable of nurturing relationships; skilled in persuasive presentations.
