Senior Brand Manager – Global Medical Products (Bonus, car allowance) hybrid London
Are you a strategic brand marketer with a background from medical products, ready to make a measurable impact in the healthcare industry? Our client is a medical products company with a strong global portfolio, they are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to launch a new B2B product to the UK market. This is a high-profile role with full ownership of the brand journey—from insight and strategy to implementation and the Senior Brand Manager needs to be well versed in the NHS and medical products area.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting growth and successful product launches, while working closely with cross-functional teams both in the UK and globally.
This role is hybrid, 3 days in the office (central London) per week with some travel, this is a highly collaborative role as part of a wider team.
Who are you?
- Brand experience from medical products, healthcare, pharma or similar
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action – able to translate vision into tangible outcomes
- Confident influencer and team player, with a passion for coaching and leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
What do you need:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field
- Proven success in creating and executing brand marketing strategies that drive results
- Experience in product launches, within the medical or healthcare sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
