Legal Counsel – Global advisory, wealth and asset management – 2-4 pqe – Dubai- UAE

Our client is an independent global financial services group specializing in global advisory, wealth and asset management, and merchant banking for the world’s wealthiest entrepreneurs, foundations and charities.

As part of the Group Legal team you will work on a broad range of Global Advisory matters across the Middle East as part of the CIS Global Advisory business.

Your role will encompass a broad range of work and will include:

• negotiating global advisory mandate letters, terms of business, framework agreements, NDAs, internal risk committee memos, commercial contracts and accountants’/lawyers’ engagement letters;
• providing legal support for projects related to legal and regulatory change, processes and documentation;
• providing legal support to Finance and Human Resources, the Head of Legal and Compliance for the Middle East and other offices globally.

You will have 2-4 years post‑qualification experience gained either with a City law firm and/or in‑house financial services role.
