Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 1AJ). Start: Monday 20th April. Finish: Friday 29th May. Project: CAT B Office Fit‑Out.

We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office refurbishment in Stoke-on‑Trent. You’ll be leading a team of 10 operatives, ensuring smooth delivery, safety compliance and high‑quality standards throughout the project.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing fit‑out projects
• Confident overseeing teams and coordinating trades
• Procore knowledge highly advantageous
• Strong communicator with a hands‑on approach
• Required Certifications: SMSTS, Fire Safety, Asbestos Awareness
