I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the external facade package established on a 7 storey apartment development project for a tier 1 contractor.

Responsibilities

• managing all external facade works from start to completion
• overseeing cladding, brickwork, window installation and detailing
• coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme adherence
• Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality on site
• reporting progress to the project team

Qualifications

• proven experience managing external packages on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of facade, cladding and brickwork sequencing
• SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
