About the Role:

As a Transformation Lead, you’ll be responsible for the programme’s Business Process Improvement workstream that delivers and embeds a Business Process Management capability for Norfolk & Suffolk. This will involve leading a Business Process Improvement team of Business Analysts, who will be working directly with the organisations to make rapid process improvements. As programme leadership, you will ensure that programme resources are effectively allocated, progress is tracked and delivered at planned pace, and project’s issues, risks, and dependencies are managed. You will adopt a proactive and can‑do approach, removing barriers for the programme team, problem‑solving to ensure alignment against the vision & objectives, and ultimately improving our services for the public.
