Commute from Birmingham, Solihull, Hollywood, Harborne, Meriden, Balsall Common, Stechford, Minworth, Castle Bromwich, Tyseley, Moseley, and Rednal.

Duties

• Programming, setting & operating Sliding Head CNC machines
• Working from technical drawings to produce high‑precision parts
• Optimising cycle times and improving efficiency
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently met (and exceeded)
• Working with a driven, experienced engineering team

Requirements

• Experience with Sliding Head CNC machines (Citizen, Star, or similar)
• Programming skills preferable but will consider strong setting and operating, if you have the desire to move into programming
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Detail‑focused with a commitment to quality
• Problem‑solver mindset
