Site Manager – Leeds City Centre (ASAP Start)
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a live music venue fit‑out project based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast‑paced, high‑profile refurbishment within a live environment.
Key Details
- Location: Leeds City Centre
- Duration: 5–6 months
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Project: Fit‑out of a live music venue
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of site operations
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintaining health & safety compliance across site
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Hands‑on involvement on site where required
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at WorkIPAF (desirable)
- PASMA (required)
- Strong background in fit‑out projects
- Joinery/Carpentry background essential
- Experience working in live environments
- Ability to be both hands‑on and supervisory
