Nursery Practitioners & Room Leaders – Kenilworth
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Contract: Permanent – Full‑time & Part‑time available
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Pay: Level 2 & Level 3 Practitioners – up to £13.75 per hour; Room Leaders – up to £13.95 per hour plus £100 monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and learning for children aged 0‑5
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards
Additional Responsibilities – Room Leaders
- Lead and support a team within your designated room
- Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
- Ensure high standards of practice and room organisation
- Support staff development and team engagement
- Work closely with management to maintain Ofsted standards
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Room Leader applicants must have leadership or senior experience
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
