Nursery Practitioners & Room Leaders – Kenilworth

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire

Contract: Permanent – Full‑time & Part‑time available

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Pay: Level 2 & Level 3 Practitioners – up to £13.75 per hour; Room Leaders – up to £13.95 per hour plus £100 monthly bonus

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are proud to be working with a welcoming, high‑quality nursery in Kenilworth, currently recruiting Level 2 & Level 3 Practitioners and experienced Room Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care and learning for children aged 0‑5
  • Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards

Additional Responsibilities – Room Leaders

  • Lead and support a team within your designated room
  • Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
  • Ensure high standards of practice and room organisation
  • Support staff development and team engagement
  • Work closely with management to maintain Ofsted standards

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Room Leader applicants must have leadership or senior experience
  • A positive, reliable, and professional approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
