Corporate Solicitor - 2+ PQE - Fully Remote
Location: Fully Remote (with bi monthly in person team meetings in Bristol) Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
A boutique commercial law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing Corporate team. The firm delivers high quality, sophisticated legal services with a personal, relationship driven approach. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and working within a close knit, high performing team.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters
- Acting on share and asset acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements
- Advising on commercial contracts
- Preparing partnership and LLP agreements
- Supporting clients with bank funding and finance documentation
- Building strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Delivering clear, straightforward and commercially focused advice

Who You Will Work With
You will join a boutique commercial team of eight, working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate, Commercial and Employment. You will have direct access to senior leadership and will report to the Head of Department.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate law
- Confident, entrepreneurial and commercially minded
- Professional, personable and approachable
- Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Able to manage a varied corporate caseload
- Motivated by working for an employer that values commitment and contribution
