EDF EPR Engineering UK is a key subsidiary of Edvance, dedicated since 2018 to the design and delivery of nuclear islands for new‑build projects worldwide. We are currently leading major engineering milestones in the UK, including Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC).
Key Responsibilities
As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical management of an electrical equipment contract. Your main duties will include:
- Acting as the main technical point of contact for the client
- Managing technical interfaces with suppliers (quality, cost, schedule, scope)
- Reviewing and validating supplier technical documentation
- Coordinating internal stakeholders (technical leads, system engineers, experts)
- Managing technical comments and leading clarification meetings
- Handling contract modifications and assessing impacts
- Monitoring risks, opportunities, and non‑conformities
- Managing interfaces with internal teams (UK & France)
Education & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical distribution and technical documentation review
- Experience in nuclear or industrial environments is a plus
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Technical Knowledge (nice to have)
- Experience in complex industrial projects
Languages
- French is strongly preferred (ideally required depending on project context)
