London, hybrid (3 days in‑office)

The role:

• Owning and developing strategic relationships with legal clients
• Driving revenue growth across a defined portfolio
• Leading opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Building account plans and identifying cross‑team growth opportunities
• Collaborating closely with delivery and marketing teams
• Forecasting and reporting on pipeline and performance

About you:

• Ideally a qualified solicitor, or someone with a background working in the legal market looking to pivot into a client relationship director role
• Proven experience managing senior legal or professional‑services client relationships
• Credible with partners, GCs, and senior legal stakeholders
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Organised, emotionally intelligent and relationship‑driven
