Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an acceptable level of supplied product and material quality.
- Help the continuation of manufacturing processes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction of product performance and quality.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures.
- Ensure Olympus meets regulatory compliance, delivers objectives and demonstrates continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
- Oversee and manage the selection, evaluation, monitoring, risk assessment and re‑evaluation of suppliers.
- Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Generate and implement control plans and inspection reports.
- Train people in-house to good quality principles.
- Plan, lead and perform on‑site supplier quality audits.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non‑conformity relating to product, process or system.
- Review and approve technical documents.
- Undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay on feet for extended periods, walking between sites, visiting plant rooms and roof spaces; travel to subsidiary companies and suppliers may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Quality Engineering role within an electro‑mechanical, electronics, or sterile product manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in Quality Assurance.
- Experience dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in supplier quality development.
- Good level of problem‑solving skills.
