We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build out a specialist desk in Client Services at DNA.
This is a relationship‑led market, working with agencies on hires across account management, client leadership, and delivery‑facing roles. The expectation isn’t that you cover everything, but that you define a niche and build real depth in that space over time.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a defined Client Services niche
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with agency clients
- Deliver high‑quality recruitment processes end to end
- Grow your desk in a structured and sustainable way
Qualifications
- Already recruiting within Client Services, Account Management, or similar agency markets
- Wants to specialise and build authority in a defined market
- Looking to continue developing a niche you’re already credible in, with the platform and network to take it further
- Comfortable working remotely but still values being part of a team
Benefits
- Up to 40% commission on billings, alongside a competitive base and incentives
