About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Communications to join a fast-growing, insight-led advisory business focused on AI and digital transformation.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the Head of Communications, combining strategy and execution across content, thought leadership, and brand.

You’ll be a strong writer and storyteller, able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and commercially impactful content. Experience or interest in AI is important, but you don’t need to rely on it to write – just know how to use it effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality content across reports, LinkedIn, and sales materials
• Turn complex ideas into engaging, accessible narratives
• Support senior stakeholders with thought leadership content
• Contribute to communications strategy and key programmes
• Support podcast and multimedia content delivery
• Assist with internal communications and employer branding

About you

• ~5+ years experience in communications, content, or similar
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Comfortable working with AI-related topics/tools
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Podcast or multimedia experience
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn content
• B2B, SaaS, or advisory background
