About The Role
- Lead procurement and strategic sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontract services
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives
- Manage supplier relationships and supply chain performance to ensure quality and reliability
- Conduct contract negotiation and commercial management to secure best value
- Identify and deliver cost‑saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project planning and delivery timelines
- Drive sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives across the supply chain
- Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts
- Lead and develop a high‑performing procurement team
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Senior Buyer
- Strong background in construction procurement, infrastructure, or engineering sectors
- Expertise in contract management, supplier negotiation, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify procurement efficiencies
- Leadership experience with team development capabilities
