The role involves leading and coordinating engineers and managing MOD projects from cradle to grave, while progressing towards senior management and directorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineers on MOD projects.
• Manage MOD projects from initiation to completion.
• Work 50% office‑based and 50% on site within a local area.
• Transition to a fully off‑the‑tools position with long‑term development.

Candidate Profile

• Background as Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar.
• Ready to transition off the tools and seek long‑term progression.
