Test Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a Test Analyst to join a growing team within a large, forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a wide range of strategic projects that support a modern digital strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and end users to ensure high-quality software delivery and excellent user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Execute manual testing across systems, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, log, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and testable
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and standards
• Assist with requirements gathering to embed quality early in the development lifecycle
• Manage and prioritise your own testing workload in a fast-paced project environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in an IT or digital environment, ideally within a testing role
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and SDLC
• Experience writing and executing test cases and test scripts
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing priorities
• ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent)
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Exposure to test automation
