Location: This is a hybrid role where you’ll be based from home with some travel for meetings. Candidates must be based in the South East or South West of England.

We’re sharing this opportunity across a number of job boards and in a number of locations to reach as many potential applicants as possible. However, this is one single position – so wherever you see it, it’s the same great role.

The role

We’re looking for a Talent Strategy and Resourcing Manager to lead and deliver high-quality recruitment and talent work across a diverse client base. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll balance leading a small team with delivering recruitment yourself. You’ll stay close to the detail, working on complex and often senior hires, while ensuring everything we do is structured, effective and delivers real impact for clients.

At Fitzgerald, we don’t operate as a traditional recruitment agency. Our approach is consultative and values‑led – we work closely with clients to improve how they attract, hire and retain people, not just fill roles.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead a small team of Resourcing and Talent Specialists, whilst also owning recruitment delivery across a portfolio of clients, working on complex and often senior hires, with C‑suite and specialist roles a key focus. Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including professional services, film/media, energy, family offices and charities. You’ll work closely with our People Partnering and specialist teams to deliver joined‑up support.

As well as delivering recruitment, you’ll play a key role in shaping talent strategies, helping clients move from reactive hiring to more structured, planned and scalable approaches.

Your work will include:
