Administrative Team Leader - North London

Morgan Hunt currently requires an Admin Team Lead for Housing Trust based in North London on a Temporary basis.

Pay Rate: £33.66ph Ltd

Hours: 35 hrs Mon to Fri - 9am and 17.00pm - 3 days in the office, Mon Tues and Thurs and 2 days at home

Location: North London

Duration: 3-month ongoing contract

Job Role

• Manage administrative outputs on repairs placed on the Workwise system using a Power BI report daily and ensure the team closes jobs within the SLA.
• Monitor outputs from the Administrator and Team Coordinators in relation to reporting on repairs closed, statistics on how long it takes, oversee Emergency repairs updates for Awaabs Law and report on a spreadsheet.
• Assist in monitoring the closure of FRAs by other team members that have been given to contractors to attend.
• Perform additional tasks as the role evolves.
