• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (core focus)
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL
• Full-stack capability (backend-leaning)
• Exposure or interest in AI / LLMs / generative AI is a bonus
• Experience with public sector / government / NHS / GDS-style projects is highly desirable
