Requirements for the role of Architect
- ARB registered Architect with relevant post‑qualification experience
- Demonstrated experience working across a range of RIBA stages
- Strong design flair supported by solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and associated technical standards
- Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities
The role of Architect will involve
- Contributing to project delivery from initial concept through to completion
- Producing design concepts and developing comprehensive technical drawing packages
- Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progression
- Supporting the management of project timelines, budgets and key deliverables
- Attending design team, project and site meetings as required
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant regulations, standards and client requirements
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
- Playing an active role in the studio environment and offering support to junior team members where appropriate
