IT Support Engineer
Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor and maintain clients’ IT systems to minimize disruptions and downtime.
- Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Strong skills in virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware).
- Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure, Entra, and Intune.
