Theyare responsible fordeliveringcustom data solutions to clients and engineering internal enterprise datato power insights and intelligence. The Performance Analyticsteaminterface with anddeliverTurner & Townsend’scustom-builtcloudsoftwareplatform, the Hive.
The Hive is a cloud platformhostingapplicationswe’vebuilt. Itintegrates industry software we use, and acts as our repository (or data warehouse) for our service delivery data. The Hive platform is core to our approach for deliveringdata solutions to clients in Energy & Natural Resources.
OurHive for Clients offeringin Energy & Natural Resourcesdeliversbespokedatadeployments of the software directly to clients viaSoftware-as-a-Service(SaaS)arrangements. Clientscanleverageour digital innovations and buildan independentversion of the Hive to support their capital delivery programmes and portfolios.
ThePerformance Analyticsteamareresponsible forplanning,developing,and delivering clients’dataplatforms in close collaboration withclientstakeholders, and the ongoing management,supportand continuous improvementof clientdeploymentsonce in flight.
This is an opportunity to support ourPerformance Analyticsteamas they scaledeploymentsof the Hive toEnergy & Natural Resources clientsin a range of sectors. This will involvebuilding the reach and depth of data inclient and internalplatforms,planningandimplementingclientproduct and serviceroadmaps,and developing a leading insights engine to support management information for the platforms.
We want to makeEnergy & Natural Resources Hivedeploymentsourbusiness’sleadingdataoffering bycapturing industry-leadingdata into platformsandleveragingthe data’spotential by driving adoptionand insights.
This roleblends project management anddataanalystskills. The role’s remit includesmanagement ofhistoricalproject information, innovating datacapture in the Hive platform, delivering insight and support toa range of clients, maximising client experience anduser adoptionandusing feedback todevelop actionable insights to guide future developmentsof theHiveplatform.
