SAP PROJECT MANAGER (S/4HANA) – Hybrid Slough / Aberdeen

This isn’t a “track the timeline and send status reports” kind of PM role.
This is end-to-end ownership.

What you’ll be trusted with
- End-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA programmes, from initiation through to go-live and beyond
- Leading complex, multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams
- Being the key point of contact for clients, managing senior stakeholders, steering committees and escalation paths
- Owning the commercials including budgets, scope, resourcing and forecasting
- Driving quality across the full lifecycle including testing, data, training, cutover and go-live
- Managing risk properly, not just logging it but actively resolving it
- Getting involved in pre‑sales, shaping proposals and ensuring what’s sold can actually be delivered
- Improving how we deliver as a business, contributing to frameworks, governance and mentoring others
