Role Description:


This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Brampton for a Site Services Manager. The Site Services Manager will lead our engineering teams delivering installations, servicing, and repair of specialist industrial door systems. They will run day‑to‑day operations, support engineers, and end ensure safe, efficient, and commercially strong service delivery.


They will receive a full handover from the current postholder and work closely with clients, engineers, and internal; teams to keep projects moving and customers satisfied.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and support field engineers across installation, service, and maintenance activities

  • Produce detailed RAMS and ensure full compliance with H&S standards

  • Deliver departmental KPIs covering revenue, margin, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Oversee scheduling, job planning, and resource allocation

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues (with assistance from technical support engineers where necessary)

  • Support preparation of repair and maintenance proposals (with assistance from a dedicated support assistant)

  • Visit customer sites for audits, inspections, and operational support



About You:



  • Experienced in managing engineering teams in an industrial or technical environment

  • Strong understanding of installation/servicing of industrial equipment (industrial doors beneficial)

  • Confident producing RAMS and managing site safety

  • Commercially aware with a track record of delivering KPIs

  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Full UK driving licence
