Position

Product Analyst (level 10) – UPL, Payments, CRM, Mobile App product tribes

Role Overview

Key person generating insight to support data‑driven product decisions across multiple business areas.

Tribe Focus Areas

  • Unsecured Personal Loans (UPL) – Established / Optimisation & GrowthOptimise the lending funnel, improve conversion, and balance risk and commercial performance to accelerate growth.
  • CRM – Evolving / High ImpactShape how we target audiences, measure performance, and understand communication value across 1.7M+ customers.
  • Mobile App – Platform Ownership / Growth & Commercial ImpactOwn app metrics, track performance, and drive changes that deliver both customer value and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support product, engineering, and stakeholders with analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Work with existing metrics and improve product performance measurement.
  • Analyse datasets to identify trends and highlight areas for further investigation.
  • Break down problems into clear analytical approaches.
  • Support the design and analysis of experiments to test product changes.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and enable decision‑making.
  • Deliver deep dives and ad hoc analysis to answer business questions.
  • Communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to analytical projects and take ownership of defined pieces of work.

Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI; Python is a bonus.
  • Experience in a data‑led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting or a high‑growth start‑up.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Willing to ask questions, seek feedback and continuously improve.
  • Able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Additional Considerations

  • Hybrid work: London office 2‑3 days a week.
  • Option to work from abroad up to 120 days a year.
  • Subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.
