Salesforce Developer | Apex | Flows | LWC | CRM | Integration | Hybrid Manchester

We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer for a leading global organisation based in Manchester, offering hybrid working (2 days onsite) and a salary of up to £80,000 + bonus + on-call allowance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions using Flows, configuration, and UI design.
• Develop with Apex and expand into integrations as needed.
• Influence how Salesforce is used across the organisation.
• Design and build Salesforce solutions (Flows, Apex, LWC).
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Work on Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Provide input into technical decisions and improvements.
• Support dashboards, UI enhancements, and reporting.
• Collaborate in Agile teams (Scrum environment).
• Contribute to DevOps processes (CI/CD, version control).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce Developer experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Apex (or willingness to develop further).
• SOQL / SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, App Builder).
• Interest in AI + Salesforce.
• Salary up to £80,000. (Note: salary information is for context; remove if not needed for posting)
