How you'll spend your day

As a Senior Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering high‑quality software solutions, contributing to both hands‑on development and technical decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing robust, scalable applications using C# and .NET
• Translating high‑level requirements into practical, well‑structured technical solutions
• Building and enhancing APIs, services, and data layers across modern cloud environments
• Working with Azure services, including databases and messaging platforms, to deliver performant and resilient systems
• Contributing to containerisation and deployment using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting the implementation of monitoring and observability solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews and best practices
• Collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Identifying areas for improvement, including technical debt and optimisation opportunities

What you'll bring to this role

We're looking for a strong Senior Developer with deep technical expertise and a passion for building high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET in production environments
• Experience working with Azure cloud services, including databases and messaging technologies
• Hands‑on experience with containerised applications and Kubernetes
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Confidence contributing to technical discussions and influencing decisions
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
• The ability to take ownership of work while supporting others where needed
