Salary: £34-38,000

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects across a range of RIBA stages
• Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery
• Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction information
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Attend and lead meetings, presentations, and site visits

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect with a recognised qualification
• Demonstrable experience within a UK architectural practice
• Strong design and technical capability across all project stages
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and organised approach
