Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB. We operate a hybrid schedule, 1-2 days in the office per week.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum DOE, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 – 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join the Private Medical Services (PMS) data team. This role will focus on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a comprehensive reporting suite that supports the Private Medical Services area of the business. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in analysing and interpreting complex datasets across multiple sites, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll be doing
- Analyse Private Medical Services (PMS) data to deliver actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer outcomes
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that track KPIs, site performance, and service metrics
- Provide advanced analytical support to stakeholders, using data to help achieve key business objectives and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing PMS data and reporting, improving insight quality and the value of services offered to customers
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, tracking performance and recommending further improvements where required
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for cross‑functional and non‑technical stakeholders
- Act as a trusted data partner to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision‑making through robust analysis and reporting
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through strong governance practices and collaboration with data engineering teams
- Respond to ad‑hoc data and reporting requests, including analysis for senior leaders and Executive stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with analytics, eCommerce, and pharmacy industry trends, recommending new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data accurately and confidently
- High level of IT literacy, with experience using business systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to show drive, initiative, and proactivity, taking ownership of tasks and delivering outcomes independently
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team in a collaborative environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing workloads and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly to varied audiences
- Consistent focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and data quality, particularly in highly regulated or compliance‑driven environments
- Experience working in pressured or fast‑paced environments, delivering high‑quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Understanding of, and experience working within, company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience within the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
