Senior Quality Administrator - 12 month FTC

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Employment type: Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover for 12 months

Work arrangement: hybrid; 1 day travel to Coventry head office monthly (flexible as business requires)

About the Role

You will have responsibility for managing the effective operation of the University’s Examination Boards and providing support for associated Quality Assurance processes within the team to include:

• Providing high level secretarial support for the University’s Award and Assessment Boards
• Managing external sampling and reporting processes for all University programmes and PSRBs
• Providing advice and guidance to colleagues on matters relating to University regulation and governance

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Quality Administrator with experience in providing high level administrative support to formal committees and meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• HNC or HND in a relevant subject, or equivalent qualifications/certification, plus considerable experience in a relevant role(s)
• Proven track record of extensive relevant work experience
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, to meet specific deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Clear understanding of the use and interpretation of regulations and policies and procedures

Desirable Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
• Awareness of developments in higher education and external professional environment that impact on the role
