You’ll also act as a key point of contact for payment enquiries, helping deliver a professional and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.**Key responsibilities include:*** Prepare, validate and process practitioner payment files to schedule* Reconcile practitioner payment accounts and investigate discrepancies* Respond to payment queries from practitioners and field teams* Maintain accurate financial records and settlement documentation* Use Excel, Power BI and ERP systems to track and validate data* Assist with reporting and ad hoc finance tasks* Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and automation* Support coverage across settlement processing during peak periods or leave# **About You**You’ll bring strong accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**You’ll ideally have:*** Previous experience in finance operations, accounts payable, payroll or payment processing* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data* Exposure to Power BI or ERP systems (highly regarded)* Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills* Strong communication skills and a responsive service approach* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team* Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (preferred)We are one of Australia’s leading dental support organisations, partnering with dental professionals across a growing national network of centres.
