Premier Wealth Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team in the role of Premier Wealth Relationship Manager (Branch based). As a Premier Wealth Relationship Manager you will manage a portfolio of wealth customers, support every aspect of their financial life, and provide professional service in an increasingly complex landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of international and/or Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) Premier customers.
- Act as a trusted adviser to new and existing customers, providing holistic financial advice and supporting them through key life events such as investing for the future, saving for a new home, planning for retirement or protecting their family for every eventuality.
- Conduct in‑depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs and deliver a consistent and tailored wealth‑management and financial‑planning service.
- Advise on a full range of products and services, including HSBC‑manufactured products and those from external partners.
- Deliver needs‑based solutions through effective communication and influencing.
- Continuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts, identify risks and opportunities for the business.
Qualifications
- Hold or be close to completing a Level 4 qualification relevant to the role (e.g., Dip CII, CISI, or equivalent QCF RDR level 4 qualification).
- Live in Jersey, Channel Islands; hybrid work/flex schedule opportunity.
- Knowledge of, and willingness to learn more about, financial planning and wealth products.
- Understanding of customers’ needs and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Flexible, adaptable approach to change; ability to support others to respond similarly.
- Experience working in relevant environments (retail banking, relationship management, front office).
