About the Role
At its core, this role is about making a meaningful difference. You’ll be speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in Private Sick Pay, helping them protect their income in the event of illness or injury. Through structured training and ongoing development, you’ll quickly build expertise in financial protection, consultative sales, and professional communication.
Success in this role comes from understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, and confidently closing business. You’ll be part of a high-performance environment where continuous improvement is expected and rewarded.
