We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Member Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, based in Darlington with hybrid working.

This is a great opportunity to provide hands‑on PMO support within a busy delivery environment, working closely with the PMO Manager and wider delivery teams to ensure governance, reporting, and coordination activities run smoothly.

The role

In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of the PMO function across a range of governance, planning, reporting and coordination activities. Working closely with delivery managers and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure accurate information, effective controls, and clear communication across programmes and initiatives.

The person

We’re looking for a confident, organised individual who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting teams to deliver effectively.

You’ll bring:

Experience within a project, delivery or PMO environment would be beneficial, as would any recognised PMO or project management qualifications, but we’re most interested in your approach, capability and ability to add value quickly in a short‑term role.
