Main duties of the job

We are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individuals with experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

This is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we undergo a period of significant growth, offering excellent opportunity for progression. We have a wide range of positions available at various levels including project managers, estates officers (mechanical and electrical), supervisors and assistants, so whatever your discipline, background and experience, come and take a look at how you can form part of our brilliant team.

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline or suitable and sufficient equivalent qualifications and experience
• HTM compliance Training (AP)
• Budgetary Qualification
• Registration with the Engineering Council
• Leadership & Management Qualification

Experience

• Engineering within a Health care environment
• Building Services
• HR activities
• Technical report writing
• CAD Drawing reading
• Auditing
• Budgetary Responsibility at £1M+
• Recruitment
• Investigations
• Control of a Budget at £1m+ level
