Job Description
Ignite is a four‑day work‑experience program for Year 12 and 13 students, starting September 2026, held in Cambridge. The programme gives students real projects, teamwork, and networking with audit teams. It is intended for those who want to fast‑track into a school leaver programme after finishing school.

Monday 17 – Thursday 20 August 2026. Cambridge office – in‑person.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Year 12 or 13 students (as of September 2026) who are genuinely interested in starting a career in accountancy.
- No prior work experience required.
- Enthusiastic, curious, eager to learn, with a keen interest in business.
- Must be available for the full duration (Monday 17 – Thursday 20) and be within commuting distance to the Cambridge office.
