Overview

We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an established, successful small animal veterinary practice in the coastal city of Brighton.

Responsibilities

  • Full-time opportunity working 4 days a week, including some weekends on a rota.
  • Practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology (CT, ultrasound, digital x-ray, laparoscopy, rigid and flexible endoscopy, in-house laboratory, etc.).
  • Role includes 2 days per week based at the Hospital and 2 days per week at the branch practice; interesting and varied with exposure to first opinion GP work and a diverse hospital caseload, ranging from emergencies to more advanced medical cases.

Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • Experience in practice
  • Confident and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
