About the RoleCraigielea Care Home is seeking Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join its dedicated team providing general nursing, residential, and dementia care for older people. You will supervise staff and ensure care delivery aligns with residents’ individual care plans, policies, and procedures, in a safe and friendly environment.
You will be part of a professional nurse team, delivering high‑quality care and supporting residents’ independence and wellbeing. The role requires diligence, empathy, and reliability, with opportunities to work in a family‑owned organisation that values its staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and care delivery services within the home
- Supervise staff on duty to ensure care is delivered in line with care plans
- Promote independence and dignity for residents
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment
Candidate Requirements
- Active NMC PIN registration
- Professional, diligent, empathic, and reliable work ethos
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: £21.11 per hour
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (45 hours per week, night shift)
