TDA Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or an established Registered Manager to lead a solo EBD children's home supporting one young person.
This is a rare opportunity to run a low occupancy, high-support home with strong therapeutic input and realistic staffing levels.
The Home
- Solo provision – 1 young person
- 2:1 staffing ratio plus management support
- Team of 6 Residential/Senior Support Workers
- Backed by a dedicated Therapeutic Psychologist
- Focus on trauma-informed and therapeutic care
The Role
- Lead and develop a stable, high-performing team
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Drive positive outcomes and prepare for Ofsted registration (if new)
- Shape the culture and standards of the home from day one
We're Open To:
- Deputy Managers ready to step up
- Strong EBD experience
- Working towards / willing to complete Level 5
- Leadership capability and ambition
- Experienced Registered Managers
- Minimum 12 months Ofsted registration
- Level 5 qualified
- Track record of Good/Outstanding outcomes
