At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers. And we do it all with a human touch.
We’re an international insurer with more than 13,000 people working across 26 countries – which means we’re big enough for your ambitions, yet small enough for you to make a real impact. It’s an exciting time. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.
What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the world? As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Events Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team on a permanent basis, based in London with a hybrid working model.
This is a high‑profilerole responsible for delivering a dynamic and impactful programme of customer, broker, employee and industry events across the UK and Europe. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver events that support commercial objectives, strengthen relationships and elevate the QBE brand.
From flagship industry conferences and premium corporate hospitality to executive dinners and engagement events, this role offers genuine variety, visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.
As Events Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of QBE’s flagship customer, broker, employee and industry events across the UK and Europe. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll turn business objectives into high‑impact experiences that strengthen relationships and elevate the QBE brand.
You’ll own the European events calendar end‑to‑end, balancing strategy, creativity and flawless execution. This is a highly visible role within the Marketing team, offering real influence and variety.
You’re a commercially minded events professional who understands how great events drive relationships, reputation and business outcomes. Confident working with senior leaders, you bring a strategic lens to event planning while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and enjoy taking full ownership from concept to delivery. You’re flexible, collaborative and energized by delivering standout experiences.
