Job Description
You will build the financial infrastructure making IVF accessible to everyone. By developing platforms for underwriting, risk scoring, and loan servicing, you’ll help families manage the costs of fertility treatment. As a full-stack engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end, making critical trade-offs between business needs and technical feasibility to deliver high-impact healthcare solutions.

What You Will Do
- Design and build scalable financial platforms for insurance and lending, integrating complex processes like underwriting, payments, and risk scoring.
- Lead technical projects from scoping to delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to iterate on products that reduce financial stress for members.
- Improve developer experience and system quality by investing in infrastructure, automated testing, and observability using a modern TypeScript/PostgreSQL stack.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer in a startup environment, with a preference for backend‑leaning expertise.
- Demonstrates technical fluency in TypeScript (React/Next.js/Nest.js) and Python, with a strong background in RDBMS like PostgreSQL.
- Thrives in ambiguity and prefers simple, elegant solutions to complex problems while taking full ownership of business and user outcomes.
