Job Role of the Maintenance Planner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a fast‑paced, highly automated FMCG manufacturing site. With recent investment into the facility, this is a modern and forward‑thinking environment offering strong career development opportunities.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will support the engineering function by planning and coordinating all maintenance activities across the site. You will ensure both preventative and reactive maintenance is scheduled effectively to maximise uptime and operational efficiency.
- Planning maintenance tasks
- Managing CMMS systems
- Coordinating engineering resources
- Liaising closely with production teams to minimise disruption

Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner
- Manufacturing or factory background
- Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Engineer
Requirements
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling
- Experience coordinating maintenance in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable
- FMCG manufacturing experience
- CMMS system experience
