Conduct internal audits compliant with ISO13485 and 21 CFR parts 11 & 820 gaining a holistic understanding of cross‑departmental functions.

Communicate with all departments to share expertise and effectively resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships.

Investigation work and large projects:

  • Investigate and correct supplier issue with needle valve parts by clarifying tolerances and adding specific instructions for manufacture.
  • Validate removal process of glass beads from connector blocks after raising this as an issue (glass can react with sevoflurane agent to form hydrofluoric acid).
  • Identify incorrect grade of clinch nut used on a sheet metal part causing the nuts to fall out occasionally; instigated drawing update to state the correct grade for future.
  • Resolve complaint of poor label adhesion by implementing an isopropanol cleaning process and changing adhesive to 300 LSE.
  • Plan and implement a new line of products (approximately 25 new products).
  • Rapidly implement certain parts required to fulfil a large order.
  • Apply keen attention to detail to ensure quality and a seamless transition.
  • Introduce veterinary configurations of two products for use in MRI environments.
  • Manage multiple aspects including labeling, packaging and instruction manuals.
  • Tie all into bills of materials and product configurators to prevent stock discrepancies and enable the new veterinary options to be easily selected.
